Bilingual Customer Service Manager (English/Spanish)

What You’ll Do
  • Be the go-to for customers questions, follow-ups, and support
  • Use a needs-based approach to guide customers to the right insurance/financial options
  • Keep the day moving leads, scheduling, and next steps
  • Team up to solve issues fast and keep service on point

What We’re Looking For
  • English/Spanish required (verbal + written)
  • You communicate clearly and you genuinely listen
  • Detail-focused, proactive problem-solver, and a true team player
  • Currently licensed or willing to get licensed within 30 days
  • Comfortable learning computer systems
