She immediately researched made calls she kept me abreast until everything was solved. New software and someone prior moves the details; were lost and I was completely unaware. Lyric immediately was driven to solutions and produced results I needed to hear. Not every agent is created equal because prior to sipeaking to Lyric the other young lady I spoke to was rude, condensending, smirky, and seem to be enjoying my dismay and shock of learning this happened. No solution or even interest in me sending bank statements proving I paid and I came close to calling the bank after my 2nd encounter with this person I won’t name; to call my banks fraud department and move on to another insurance company; because happy camper, I was not. Lyric took the entire debacle on all sides and I’m happy and remained a client. New policy but still same price.. “Thanks Lyric” I highly recommend , Lyric State Farm insurance agent .."
